East Jakarta Administration is about to install valve to close water channel in residential of Kampung Pulo, Kampung Melayu. The effort is aimed to prevent Ciliwung river overflow flooding residential through the channel.

Bambang Musyawardana, East Jakarta Mayor, admitted that puddle occurred due to incomplete Ciliwung river normalization.
